QuadCore LLC ("QuadCore," "we," "us," or "our"), d/b/a EthiCompass, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information.
Read this first: two different things, two different answers
This website. We collect personal data here — the form you fill in to request a demo, the pages you visit, the email you send us. Everything below describes that.
EthiCompass Proof, the service itself. We collect nothing. Proof is deployed and executed entirely inside the customer’s own environment, on premise or in the customer’s own cloud account. The prompts it sends, the responses it observes and the evaluation records it produces are created and held there. No copy reaches us, we have no remote access to any installation and we receive no telemetry from one. In respect of that data we are not a processor, and the customer remains the controller.
Where a customer exceptionally gives us access to such data while we help with a support request, that access happens on their documented instruction, is limited to what the request needs, and is governed by a written processing instrument executed for the purpose.
Account & Profile Data: name, email address, job title, company name, phone number, billing address, payment information.
Communications: support tickets, survey responses, feedback, and other correspondence.
Usage Data: pages visited on this website, session duration, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referral URLs.
Diagnostics & Logs: performance data and error logs from this website. Deployed installations of EthiCompass Proof send us nothing — see 1.3.
Evaluation data. We do not receive the prompts EthiCompass Proof sends to a customer’s AI system, the responses that system returns, or the evaluation records produced from them. Those exist only inside the customer’s environment.
Installation telemetry. A deployment requires no egress to operate and sends us no usage data, no logs and no diagnostics. When a customer opens a support ticket they export the diagnostic information themselves and send it to us; we cannot collect it.
PII & Sensitive Data
We do not collect or store sensitive personal data (e.g., health records, social security numbers, financial account numbers). Personal data is handled in accordance with the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA and other applicable data-protection laws.
We use collected data to:
We engage trusted third-party vendors (hosting, payment processors, analytics) who act as processors under confidentiality agreements.
We may disclose data to comply with legal processes, enforce our rights, or protect against fraud and security threats.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred to a successor entity under comparable privacy protections.
We may share de-identified or aggregated usage statistics that do not identify any individual.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Website usage logs are generally kept for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is justified.
This period applies to the data described in Section 1 — the data this website collects. It has nothing to do with the evaluation records EthiCompass Proof produces: those are held in the customer’s own environment, retained for a period the customer configures, and deleted on expiry or earlier at their instruction. We cannot retain, restore or reproduce them because we never hold them.

Data Portability & Deletion: Subject to applicable law, you may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account. Certain data may be retained as required by law.
Do-Not-Track: Our Services do not respond to browser Do-Not-Track signals.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest—to protect the personal data we hold, and we conduct regular security assessments. A SOC 2 examination is in progress; we will say so here when it is complete rather than before. No system is impenetrable.
QuadCore LLC is headquartered in the United States. Personal data may be processed or stored outside your country. When transferring data internationally, we rely on standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful mechanisms.
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us to request deletion.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the revised policy with a new "Last updated" date and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
